"We stayed at this motel for 3 nights. The room was adequate, but we only got clean towels once. There was no coffee pot. We had a problem with the room key, and the front desk clerk acted like we were bothering her.2020-10-03"
"The motel was OK. Ask for a room away from the pool.2017-12-20"
"The motel room was clean but had a stale smell. The AC worked well, and there was plenty of hot water for showers. I heard a maintenance worker with a leaf blower during the day, but it was quiet at night.2017-07-15"

"Walk to the market, shops, and restaurants. The hotel staff was warm, friendly, and helpful. Great place to stay.2017-05-21"
"Perfect location. The room was fine, but the shower water was either burning hot or ice-cold. We used the valet service one night, but were charged for the entire stay. Check your invoice before you leave the hotel.2017-01-18"
"Good location. The hotel was clean, and the room was contemporary and comfortable. Great, relaxing bar with delicious food. I give this place 5 stars.2021-06-18"
"The hotel was funky and artsy, and had a rooftop bar, wine bar, and coffee shop on-site.2020-07-24"
"An absolutely stunning hotel. A grand entrance led to a magnificent front desk, and the room was beautifully decorated. I parked up the street instead of using valet parking. There was a 24-hour elevator to access cars, and the lot is well-patrolled. Definitely eat at Jestine's Kitchen next door for great comfort food.2016-12-18"
"The hotel met our needs. Walk to restaurants and sports bars; not far from the marketplace and law school. The room was comfortable and had a nice balcony, but I didn't like that our room was at the end of a long corridor far from the lobby. We tried to go down the stairs closer to our room and ended up in the kitchen with no access to the lobby. No coffee in the lobby, but lemon water was provided. The staff was amazing. Nice complimentary breakfast. Only valet parking was available. 2016-08-26"
"Clean room, and the housekeepers did a great job. The staff was helpful and kind. Try the fish at The Meeting Place, it was awesome. The entire kitchen staff was to be commended.2015-05-08"
"An excellent hotel in a terrific location. The room was lovely, and I liked the turn-down service and daily newspaper and water. 2018-06-04"
"A gorgeous hotel. I enjoyed the artwork in various rooms on the 1st floor as well as the elegant yet comfortable furnishings. The room was quite nice, though there was no information about on-site dining. Courteous, helpful staff. No vending machines, but breakfast was delicious. Treat yourself and stay here.2015-12-04"
"Nice hotel, but I could hear traffic and even conversations on the street 5 stories down. Not worth the price because of this.2015-09-24"
"Terrific location and reasonable rates. We were upgraded and loved our quiet, comfortable room with a fireplace. The staff was warm, friendly, and helpful. Stay here.2017-12-11"
"My friends and I had a great time at this inn. Everything was wonderful. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.2015-05-07"

"The AC was so noisy that it kept us awake the 1st night. We turned it off the 2nd night and tolerated a hot and stuffy room. The bed linens were stretched and worn, and the bottom sheet wouldn't stay on the mattress. Choose another hotel. The room wasn't serviced because of Covid, so I couldn't have the bed re-made. The bathroom floor was sticky, and the shower water was lukewarm. The door across the hall was broken, and an old cloth was stuffed into a hole where the doorknob should have been. We won't stay at this hotel again.2021-10-17"
"The room was clean, but there weren't enough working electrical outlets. I got clean towels and toilet paper. The hotel clerks were really helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We'll stay here again.2020-10-09"
"Nice experience. The hotel room was a bit small, but the accommodations were suitable for our needs and the bed was super comfortable. The check-in clerk was friendly and helpful, and all the employees we encountered were pleasant and professional.2020-02-07"

"The hotel was just OK. The carpet was dirty. There was coffee in the room, but no cups. No toaster in the lobby at breakfast because "the knobs broke off." The elevator had broken panels. Stay somewhere else.2023-06-08"
"A terrible experience. We were initially given the wrong room type and had to return to the front desk to ask for another room. There were what looked like blood stains on the curtains, and mold in the pictures. We again asked for a room change; after the 3rd room, we gave up since I was having surgery in the morning and needed to rest. No fridge, and I had medication that needed to be kept cold. The lobby smelled horrible. Don't stay at this hotel.2023-05-14"
"Good value. The hotel room was nice, but didn't have a fridge.2023-04-04"
"I was impressed with the spacious room, and the hotel was clean. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever experienced at a hotel, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was polite and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel as a comfortable and affordable place to stay.2020-06-10"
Beware of non-refundable reservations that could cost you a lot of money if you change or cancel them. +Non-refundable reservations are a gamble that will usually save you less than $10. If you make a $90 non-refundable reservation instead of a $100 refundable booking, you are betting $90 to win $10. Would you do that in Las Vegas? -
Don't assume you can cancel a non-refundable reservation without penalty if you notify the hotel weeks or even months in advance. +Often you cannot – because some hotels' profit strategy is to get paid more than once for the same room for the same night. -
Always read cancellation policies carefully before you make a reservation. + When is the latest date and time you can cancel without penalty? - More >
When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Take a copy with you to the hotel.
The earlier in the afternoon you check into a hotel, the more likely you will get a room or suite that matches your preferences.
