"The hotel was showing its age. The 1st room was on the ground floor and had a window that didn't lock, so we changed rooms. The water was either scalding hot or cold, and the sink handles were reversed. The bathroom fan was unusually loud, and came on automatically with the light. The front desk clerks were respectful and kind, and the housekeeper was pleasant. An adequate stay, but not a great value.2022-04-25"
"The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the free breakfast and the good popcorn.2018-09-01"
"The hotel was nothing special; it was just a place to sleep.2018-05-16"
"Not a good choice. The hotel room was dirty and small. It was only appropriate for one person. The towels were yellow. Poor customer service.2021-08-24"
"We got to the hotel room, and all the bedding was in a corner. There were room deodorizer fans, and it smelled like a bingo hall. The front desk clerk said there were issues with housekeeping. We didn't stay.2023-04-30"

"The hotel looked much better on the outside than on the inside. The room was old, and the floor was sticky. The heater smelled like something was burning. It took 40 minutes to check in, which was exhausting.2019-10-20"
"The hotel was OK, but our rooms weren't clean when we arrived. The night clerks weren't hospitable and didn't have good customer service skills.2015-07-19"

"The front desk clerk said the the hotel was short-staffed, and we had to wait over 2 hours to get in our room. We had to sign a form that we wouldn't smoke, but our room reeked of tobacco. The beds were uncomfortable. Not a good value.2022-04-25"
"The water was shut off in the morning, so I wasn't able to shower.2018-11-05"
"Not a bad motel for the price, but it was run-down and needed repairs. The pool was nice.2015-08-05"
"The housekeeper emptied the trash, but didn't clean our room or replace the towels. The coffee pot was dirty. The 2nd day of our stay, we were told the pool would be available at 5 PM, but it wasn't cleaned until 6 PM. No breakfast our 1st morning, so we ate out. A disappointing experience. Don't stay at this motel more than one night.2015-07-14"
"The hotel had no electricity for 14 hours. I didn't sleep well, and I couldn't put anything in the fridge or get ice due to the power outage. There was hair on the shower wall. Most of the employees were pleasant, but a morning clerk was really sarcastic.2019-10-07"
"The hotel room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was nice.2018-08-28"
"We were moved from a noisy hotel room to a much quieter one, which we appreciated.2016-05-25"
Beware of non-refundable reservations that could cost you a lot of money if you change or cancel them. +Non-refundable reservations are a gamble that will usually save you less than $10. If you make a $90 non-refundable reservation instead of a $100 refundable booking, you are betting $90 to win $10. Would you do that in Las Vegas? -
Don't assume you can cancel a non-refundable reservation without penalty if you notify the hotel weeks or even months in advance. +Often you cannot because some hotels' profit strategy is to get paid more than once for the same room for the same night. -
Always read cancellation policies carefully before you make a reservation. + When is the latest date and time you can cancel without penalty? - More >
When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Take a copy with you to the hotel.
The earlier in the afternoon you check into a hotel, the more likely you will get a room or suite that matches your preferences.
