"We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The pool was a great plus for families with children, but the water wasn't warm enough. No bathrobes provided, and there was no fridge or microwave in the room.2018-01-16"
"Good hotel in a convenient area. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Stay here.2017-05-17"
"The hotel room was lovely. We enjoyed our stay.2016-08-08"
"The room was small, and the TV channel selection was limited. So was parking. Breakfast was good, though.2017-08-11"
"Far from everything in the city. I didn't feel safe staying at this hotel alone. There was a sign saying no visitors were allowed after 10 PM. There was a loud argument in the room next to mine. My non-smoking room reeked of smoke masked by some awful fragrance. Housekeeping didn't come by until 5 PM. Don't recommend staying here.2015-08-12"
"Fairly nice hotel in a kind of scary neighborhood. The hotel and room were small, but OK for an overnight stay. Nice breakfast buffet. Small lot, so parking was extremely limited.2015-07-10"
"Check-in at this hotel was scary. Two armed guards met our taxi in the parking area, and the lobby desk was shielded by bullet-proof glass. Two couples were arguing with the desk clerk. Think about staying somewhere else.2015-11-13"
"The hotel clerk treated us so courteously. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.2017-10-10"
"Great location. The room needed a cosmetic makeover. The hotel staff was helpful. I told the waiter at breakfast that I have a gluten allergy, and he had no idea what I was talking about. It cost $4.50 for a glass of juice or a cup of tea. We had a good overnight stay.2016-05-12"
"We were disappointed that the hotel pool wasn't open during our stay.2015-04-24"

How Do We Define Motel?
To us, motels are smaller lodgings that have rooms you can enter directly from the parking area.
At hotels, on the other hand, you can enter your room only through a hall inside the building.
Hotel Booking Tips
Beware of non-refundable reservations that could cost you a lot of money if you change or cancel them. +Non-refundable reservations are a gamble that will usually save you less than $10. If you make a $90 non-refundable reservation instead of a $100 refundable booking, you are betting $90 to win $10. Would you do that in Las Vegas? -
Don't assume you can cancel a non-refundable reservation without penalty if you notify the hotel weeks or even months in advance. +Often you cannot because some hotels' profit strategy is to get paid more than once for the same room for the same night. -
Always read cancellation policies carefully before you make a reservation. + When is the latest date and time you can cancel without penalty? - More >
When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Take a copy with you to the hotel.
The earlier in the afternoon you check into a hotel, the more likely you will get a room or suite that matches your preferences.
