"This was our worst hotel stay ever. The AC in our room barely worked, the alarm clock was from the 1960s, and there was no hot water. We told the front desk clerks; they said they'd call maintenance, but we never saw any maintenance workers. The room had 2 fridges, neither of which worked well, and the cabinet was dirty. The room wasn't carpeted. The hallways had dirty carpeting and scuffed walls. The vending machine in the hallway was empty, and the ceiling above it was torn out. We left early in the morning.
