"The hotel was clean, and the staff was hospitable. Nice full breakfast. No signs for the elevator, but there were lots of exit signs leading to the stairs. We had a pleasant stay.2016-11-28"
"The hotel was comfortable, clean, and served our purposes. The soundproofing wasn't great, and there were a lot of unattended kids milling around.2019-06-06"
"The hotel was fine, but the drinking glasses were dirty, and I had to ask twice for towels.2018-09-04"
"Nice hotel. The room had a kitchenette that was well-stocked with dishes. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, though. The lounge food was overpriced, so buy groceries and cook in your room.2016-06-27"

"Extremely clean hotel with pleasant staff. I left an electric toothbrush behind, and a staff member dropped it off at a hotel where we were able to retrieve it. I'd go out of my way to stay here again.2016-03-10"

"Close to a lot of good shops. A good, clean hotel. Loved the suite with plates and utensils. The front desk clerks were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated being able to borrow a wheelchair. I'd stay here again.2020-12-03"

"Close to the JFK Presidential Library and Museum. The motel was basic, and the price was right. The room was clean and just big enough for 1 queen beds, a dresser, and a chair. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. The breakfast buffet was just adequate, though the freshly-made oatmeal was excellent. I was glad I only stayed one night.2019-10-18"
"I had a lovely, quiet hotel stay.2018-04-05"
"Nice motel. The room was clean and inviting, and all the employees were friendly. More than enough choices at breakfast, and transportation was provided to and from the train station. Give this place a shot.2017-07-20"

"Beautiful hotel located a little outside the downtown area. Convenient to public transportation, and the museum was a 15-minute drive away. There was a supermarket across the street. The room was spacious, and the breakfast buffet was good.2019-06-23"
Beware of non-refundable reservations that could cost you a lot of money if you change or cancel them. +Non-refundable reservations are a gamble that will usually save you less than $10. If you make a $90 non-refundable reservation instead of a $100 refundable booking, you are betting $90 to win $10. Would you do that in Las Vegas? -
Don't assume you can cancel a non-refundable reservation without penalty if you notify the hotel weeks or even months in advance. +Often you cannot because some hotels' profit strategy is to get paid more than once for the same room for the same night. -
Always read cancellation policies carefully before you make a reservation. + When is the latest date and time you can cancel without penalty? - More >
When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Take a copy with you to the hotel.
The earlier in the afternoon you check into a hotel, the more likely you will get a room or suite that matches your preferences.
