"We had a wonderful hotel stay. Our room was beautiful. We chose a room with a balcony and enjoyed sitting outside listening to live music below. From check-in to checkout, every employee was courteous and helpful. We ate at Ballard's and the Grand Collanade, and both were delicious. Good ice cream at the snack shop, too.
