"I had a horrible stay at this hotel. A dog barked most of the time for 3 nights, and the front desk clerk did nothing about it. Don't stay here.2020-09-14"

"Our hotel room was clean and had a nice view of the river, and it was at the far end of the hallway away from the foot traffic. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant food was good.2017-07-18"
"Close to Ford Center and the casino. Not worth the price. The hotel was just OK. The room was clean and decent, but smelled strongly of bleach. No hot water for showers in the morning. The employees were extremely indifferent. We arrived an hour before check-in and were told our room wouldn't be ready for 2-3 hours. We had to ask twice for someone to store our luggage. I requested compensation for the problems, and that was granted, but we felt like the hotel didn't care if guests were happy or not.2016-08-30"
"This hotel was yucky and old. The floor was dirty, and there was mildew in the shower grout and caulk. The bed seemed clean.2016-06-21"
"Quick access to the river. OK hotel. The room door was hard to open and close, though the room was clean and nicely decorated. Needed better soundproofing, but we had an excellent view of the river. The beds weren't particularly comfortable, and the bathroom wasn't that clean, especially in the corners. Great customer service. The food at Max and Emma's was good, but the coffee at the coffee shop wasn't. Plenty of on-site restaurant and bar options. The free parking was a big plus. If you don't set your expectations too high you'll enjoy your stay at this hotel.2016-06-12"
"Good hotel. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. 2016-06-11"
Pet friendly motel
- allows up to 2 pets per room - $10 per night fee for each pet. - Jul 2015 Most Recent HotelGuides ReviewsRead >
"The check-in clerk could barely carry on a conversation, and I was surprised by the $50 deposit. There were always people hanging out in the parking lot. The room was in dire need of updating. The heating and cooling unit didn't work properly, and it took an hour to get the TV working; then we found the only thing that worked on the remote control was the volume. Plaster was coming off the walls in the bathroom, and there was hair in the bathtub. No daily room servicing. Even the lobby needed cleaning. I had to wait for 15 minutes after checkout for my room to be checked so I could get my deposit back. Don't stay at this motel.2020-10-19"
"I didn't feel comfortable in the area, but the motel staff was nice and friendly and put me in a room that wasn't visible from the parking lot. The room was either too hot or too cold, and the heat didn't work in the bathroom. I appreciated the employees helping me feel safe.2017-11-28"
"Reasonable rates. The bed was comfortable, but there was no coffee pot in my motel room.2016-09-07"
"The room was clean, and the motel staff was friendly and efficient.2016-01-04"
"Good rates. The room was clean and quiet. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave. The shower curtains had mildew at the bottom. Friendly employees, and nice pool for the kids. Stay at this motel.2015-07-26"
