"Hotel needed major renovation inside and out. Room wasn't cleaned for two weeks. The housekeeping manager was rude and kept falsely saying the room would be cleaned. Mattresses looked old and were extremely uncomfortable. Carpet was filthy, and the TV was old and small. Old baseboard heating made creaking and groaning noises all night.
