"The bathroom ceiling leaked into the bathtub, and it sagged in places. There was a large gap where the ceiling and wall met. I asked for a room change, and the staff was helpful. Don't stay at this hotel.2021-09-26"
"I found a needle in the bathroom, so I didn't stay at this hotel.2018-12-28"
"The motel was overpriced and outdated, and there was a heavy cigarette smell throughout. The room appeared to be clean, but that's the only good thing I can say about my stay. The top bedsheet was stained, and there were cigarette burn holes in the blanket and pillowcase of my non-smoking room. A message light was flashing on the phone, and even the clerk couldn't make it stop, so I had to unplug the phone. The heating and cooling unit worked, and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was just coffee, bottled orange juice, and packaged muffins. Don't stay here.2023-05-11"
"Good value. The room was clean, quiet, and cool; it was a hot day, so the AC was important. The motel clerks were pleasant and helpful.2021-06-21"
"I found a long hair in the shower. The toilet and toilet seat were loose. No syrup for the waffles at breakfast. I wasn't impressed with this motel.2019-06-25"
"The hotel was poorly maintained. All the door handles were loose. The bathtub diverter leaked cold water when the shower was running. The heater vent needed clean, and so did the AC.2021-10-21"
"The hotel was cheap and not in a good part of town. The exterior was unkempt. No doggy bags available. Don't stay here.2021-08-21"
"We booked a handicap room, but there were no grab bars in the shower. We asked for a room with grab bars, and eventually the extra fee was waived. The main showerhead didn't work, and the hand-held one fell apart. The next day we asked for a room with a functioning shower, and were again given a room with no grab bars in the shower. We were disappointed with our hotel stay.2019-08-19"
"Don't expect a lot for your money at this hotel. The room was clean, and the beds were fairly comfortable. One of the beds was missing a bottom sheet. I couldn't get the TV remote control to accept a channel change, which made the TV unusable. Good water pressure in the shower, but the bathtub drained slowly. The continental breakfast food ran out early and wasn't replenished.2015-06-17"

"Our hotel room was clean, and that's the most important thing to me. We had no problems.2016-07-25"
"Everything was clean. The handicap room was made more for walkers than for peole in wheelchairs. The sink was too high and had a deep bowl, which was awkward for me to use. The hotel staff was pleasant and willing to help. Breakfast had tasty and varied selections. The elevator had no directional markers or light and sound indicators when it arrived on a floor.2015-06-18"
Beware of non-refundable reservations that could cost you a lot of money if you change or cancel them. +Non-refundable reservations are a gamble that will usually save you less than $10. If you make a $90 non-refundable reservation instead of a $100 refundable booking, you are betting $90 to win $10. Would you do that in Las Vegas? -
Don't assume you can cancel a non-refundable reservation without penalty if you notify the hotel weeks or even months in advance. +Often you cannot because some hotels' profit strategy is to get paid more than once for the same room for the same night. -
Always read cancellation policies carefully before you make a reservation. + When is the latest date and time you can cancel without penalty? - More >
When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Take a copy with you to the hotel.
The earlier in the afternoon you check into a hotel, the more likely you will get a room or suite that matches your preferences.
