"Excellent hotel. The room was nice, clean, and quiet, and the clerks were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the best. I wish all lodging was like this.2015-12-24"
"The hotel was clean and had everything I needed. Great service, and I was able to check in early. The housekeeper was still in the room, so I was given a discount and 3 breakfast buffet tickets.2019-07-02"
"A pleasant hotel. Enjoy your stay.2016-07-08"
"We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Our room wasn't cleaned the last day, though we were out from 10 AM until 9 PM. We had issues with the gate pass for the parking lot, and an attendant had to let us out twice. Shop around.2015-12-30"
"Well worth the price. Hotel was nice and clean. Good experience.2015-02-18"
"The motel room was clean and comfortable. I slept well. This was my 2nd stay here, and I'll be back.2022-04-13"
"The room rates were too high, and breakfast wasn't that good.2019-06-18"
"This motel was absolutely the best. The room was clean, toiletries were provided, and the housekeeping was excellent. You won't regret staying here.2018-10-13"
"The motel had an L.A. aesthetic and personality. The room was clean and well-appointed. Don't be concerned about the freeway; the soundproofing was more than adequate. Nice, courteous employees, and there was an attached Denny's restaurant. Enjoy your stay.2017-01-10"
"Good rates. Clean motel with great staff. Nice place to stay.2015-12-19"

"This was a bare-bones hotel. We got what we paid for. No hangers, coffee maker, or hair dryer in the room. We had to go to the front desk for those items and dishes. One of the lightbulbs was burned out. Courteous front desk clerks. The grab and go breakfast in the lobby was pretty skimpy.2015-07-16"

"The hotel was under construction; I had to drive from the reception area up a hill to a decrepit building and use a valet for parking. The hallways were 1-star, but the room was really nice. The staff vacuumed outside my door while I was napping one day. Stay elsewhere until renovations are complete.2016-01-07"
"The location to UCLA can't be beat. Good hotel, but not incredible considering the price. It was quiet except for some clunking noises below my room in the morning. The employees were really great and helped me several times. Ask for a room on a higher floor to avoid traffic noise.2016-08-30"
"The hotel was beautiful, and the room was nice. It was cleaned daily, and I got fresh towels However, the water pressure in the bathroom was terrible; I complained several time, to no avail. It took a while for the water to heat up.2021-08-25"
Beware of non-refundable reservations that could cost you a lot of money if you change or cancel them. +Non-refundable reservations are a gamble that will usually save you less than $10. If you make a $90 non-refundable reservation instead of a $100 refundable booking, you are betting $90 to win $10. Would you do that in Las Vegas? -
Don't assume you can cancel a non-refundable reservation without penalty if you notify the hotel weeks or even months in advance. +Often you cannot because some hotels' profit strategy is to get paid more than once for the same room for the same night. -
Always read cancellation policies carefully before you make a reservation. + When is the latest date and time you can cancel without penalty? - More >
When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Take a copy with you to the hotel.
The earlier in the afternoon you check into a hotel, the more likely you will get a room or suite that matches your preferences.
