"An awesome hotel for the price, and the front desk clerks were friendly. I didn't like the wood floors in the room, though, and I would have liked 2 bedside tables instead of just one between the beds. No microwave.2020-11-25"
"Great experience. The room was nice and clean, and I liked being able to make a clothes line in the shower to hang clothes. The staff was friendly and available when I needed help. The only negative was the hotel restaurant; we waited 10 minutes for someone to bring us a menu and finally gave up and left.2016-05-05"
"Disappointed that the pool and whirlpool were closed during construction. Wait until the hotel remodeling is complete.2015-04-13"

"The hotel was reasonably priced. Our room had a leak that left a puddle in the vanity that was never fixed. Housekeeping skipped our room one day, leaving us low on toilet paper. We enjoyed the pool, splash zone, and lobby restaurant. Prepare for a walk to Disneyland. Not much in the area by a gas station.2019-10-20"
"An acceptable room for an overnight stay. Needed some maintenance in the bathroom, but it was otherwise OK. There was extra parking in back.2015-12-26"
"Great hotel near Disney. The room was clean.2022-03-25"
"A poor experience. We couldn't even get more bottled water.2019-10-11"
"Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at the hotel, so we were given another room. Nice personnel. Grab and go breakfast, with no milk or cream for the coffee.2015-06-04"

"The hotel looked awesome, and the staff was exceptionally attentive and responsive to our needs. The breakfast bar was well-stocked, and the food was tasty. Stay here.2016-05-28"
"The hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Had to pay for parking. Everything was fine.2015-10-02"
"Nice motel room with beautiful flowers just outside the door. There were earplugs in the room, but I didn't need them since it was quiet. Good Internet connection.2016-09-13"
"I stayed at this motel for 6 nights. The ice machine outside our door never worked despite several requests to have it fixed. Housekeeping didn't provide clean towels the 2nd day; instead, they took the used towels on the floor and hung them on the door hooks and draped them over the ironing board. The shower was clogged and never repaired even though we informed the staff. Don't stay here.2016-07-25"

"We had a relaxing stay. The hotel was comfortable and quiet, and the grounds were pretty and well-kept. We had a suite and were able to have our little dog. The room was clean and stocked with plenty of towels and other necessities, and the bed was so comfortable. The WiFi was free. The employees were the nicest people, and breakfast was good.2019-02-05"
"The hotel was clean, quiet, and conveniently located. Excellent continental breakfast. Stay here and use the shuttle to Disney to save time and money.2016-10-24"
"Quiet hotel. Great room. The employees were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate guests. No lounge.2016-03-30"
"The hotel was undergoing remodeling, but it didn't affect us. It was crowded and loud during certain times. The staff was friendly and helpful. The water was cloudy, though, so we drank bottled water. Good place for families, but if you want peace and quiet, find another place to stay.2015-11-23"
Beware of non-refundable reservations that could cost you a lot of money if you change or cancel them. +Non-refundable reservations are a gamble that will usually save you less than $10. If you make a $90 non-refundable reservation instead of a $100 refundable booking, you are betting $90 to win $10. Would you do that in Las Vegas? -
Don't assume you can cancel a non-refundable reservation without penalty if you notify the hotel weeks or even months in advance. +Often you cannot because some hotels' profit strategy is to get paid more than once for the same room for the same night. -
Always read cancellation policies carefully before you make a reservation. + When is the latest date and time you can cancel without penalty? - More >
When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Take a copy with you to the hotel.
The earlier in the afternoon you check into a hotel, the more likely you will get a room or suite that matches your preferences.
