"The fridge in my hotel room wasn't on when I arrived, so it took quite a while to get cold. The AC didn't work, but it was cold outside so we didn't need it. The bedding was stained, and there was dust on everything. I even saw a bug crawl up the wall. There was dirt and hair in the shower. We were moved to another room, but it wasn't much better. Breakfast was bad; there was bread but no toaster, and cereal but no milk. The coffee was good, but there was no hot water for tea. I wasn't able to get a printed receipt at checkout.
