"The hotel room was fantastic, but the customer service was poor. I called at 3 PM to see if the room was ready and was told to call back in a half hour. We arrived at 3:45, but weren't able to get in our room until 5:15 PM. The front desk clerks were rude and let us know they weren't happy that we'd spent so much time waiting in the lobby.
