"Great hotel staff. I'd stay here again.2017-08-24"
"Close to restaurants. Easy access to the highway. The hotel was new, clean, and quiet. The room wasn't cleaned the 2nd day, but the staff came by after 5 PM and left a bag of fresh towels and a roll of toilet paper. The employees were super friendly. Great place to stay.2017-05-04"
"The hotel room was clean, and the employees were friendly. Stay here.2021-09-03"
"The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The only negative was that my room was on the 2nd floor. The check-in clerk asked me to take the stairs when I asked about an elevator, but there was no help with my luggage. He was super nice, though, as were the other employees. Great restaurant in the same plaza.2021-06-30"
"The hotel and room were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast seemed a little disorganized, and the food wasn't kept stocked.2019-07-30"
"The hotel was clean and comfortable. Nice restaurant and room service.2016-12-19"
"The room was clean, but the bedsheets were thin and uncomfortable. The hotel staff was nice. The pool was only open from 10 AM - 10 PM. 2016-04-20"
"The beautiful lake view was worth the extra money. Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The registration desk was located to the side. Check-in was effortless. I ordered room service, and it was fast and delicious.2015-05-01"
"The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. An above-average experience. Stay without worries here.2015-10-02"
"Minutes from Hobart College - price was right - hotel was clean, quiet, and dog-friendly - both our rooms were clean and well-stocked - nice staff - an excellent hotel.2013-08-01"
HotelGuides made it easy to choose a hotel based on how far we wanted to get that day. Also liked being able to see the interstate interchange on the map to determine how far off the highway each hotel was.
On place pages like this, we order hotels from lowest cost to highest except we list low-rated hotels at the bottom of the page.
Most of our competitors order these same hotels in other ways that make them more money.
How Do We Define Motel?
To us, motels are smaller lodgings that have rooms you can enter directly from the parking area.
At hotels, on the other hand, you can enter your room only through a hall inside the building.
Hotel Booking Tips
Beware of non-refundable reservations that could cost you a lot of money if you change or cancel them. +Non-refundable reservations are a gamble that will usually save you less than $10. If you make a $90 non-refundable reservation instead of a $100 refundable booking, you are betting $90 to win $10. Would you do that in Las Vegas? -
Don't assume you can cancel a non-refundable reservation without penalty if you notify the hotel weeks or even months in advance. +Often you cannot because some hotels' profit strategy is to get paid more than once for the same room for the same night. -
Always read cancellation policies carefully before you make a reservation. + When is the latest date and time you can cancel without penalty? - More >
When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Take a copy with you to the hotel.
The earlier in the afternoon you check into a hotel, the more likely you will get a room or suite that matches your preferences.
