"The hotel was dirty, and the room smelled bad. There were clothes in the dresser from a previous guest, and there was dirt behind the dresser and nightstand. The shower didn't drain well, so I showered in standing water. I was charged $1 for a safe I didn't use, and when I asked to have the charge removed, the clerk said, "Nope" and walked away.
