"We asked for room repairs and cleaning when we left on the shuttle, but nothing was done. The shuttled failed to pick us up after the Wild game. The complimentary breakfast was disorganized, and the food was cold. The on-site bar and restaurant were the bright light of our stay; the service and dining were excellent.
