"Due to construction, we had trouble finding the entrance - room had a stale smell - no sheets or pillowcases provided for the sofa bed - the clock radio turned on both nights of our stay and woke us up - a noisy machine sound woke us up our 2nd night and continued for a half hour - wireless Internet connection was sporadic at best - we weren't aware that we had to request basic housecleaning called "Signature Service," so our room wasn't cleaned during our stay - hallways weren't clean - not a good place to stay.2013-09-01"
"The hotel room was nice and comfortable, and the staff was so very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation.2016-03-09"

"Great location and rates. The room furniture was old and worn, but if you don't mind that, this is your place. All the hotel employees were experienced and friendly, and breakfast was free.2017-02-21"

"For the most part, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, but we expected the building to be newer. We loved having a full fridge and cooking facilities, and there were enough dishes for all 4 of us. We were in the room several times when housekeeping came, and we asked them to just empty the garbage cans and give us fresh towels. After that, they didn't clean the room even when we were out, and we stayed for 10 days. This part of our stay was unsatisfactory.2019-07-22"
"The hotel room was nice and spacious, and the pillows and linens were awesome. Nice social hour with a salad buffet and stew. The employees were pleasant. Great place.2017-07-25"
"Excellent hotel and 2-room suite. It was clean and well-kept. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory, but the evening food was sub-par. Eat dinner out.2015-03-27"
"The hotel was dirty, and there were cigarette butts everywhere. The trash cans were overflowing, including the one inside the hallway near the stairwell. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. The front desk clerks were pleasant, and so were the housekeepers. No breakfast because of Covid; there wasn't even coffee available.2020-09-21"
"The bed and easy chair were uncomfortable. The security guard had to break up a fight in the hallway. Other guests were loud, and nothing was done when I complained to the front desk. The front desk clerk was rude. Don't stay at this hotel.2018-06-27"

"Good experience overall. The room was comfortable, and the window opened for fresh air. There was an exhaust fan over the stove. Limited TV channels, but the WiFi was good. The shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The parking area and common areas weren't clean. The hotel staff was friendly. Good hotel for folkds on a budget who can tolerate a bit of noise. We'll stay here again.2022-10-30"
"The hotel was extremely dirty, and the trash containers were overflowing. Needed upgrading and improved staffing.2021-08-14"
"Everything was great, including the rates. The mattress was too firm, though. The staff was friendly. We'll stay at this hotel again.2019-10-01"
Beware of non-refundable reservations that could cost you a lot of money if you change or cancel them. +Non-refundable reservations are a gamble that will usually save you less than $10. If you make a $90 non-refundable reservation instead of a $100 refundable booking, you are betting $90 to win $10. Would you do that in Las Vegas? -
Don't assume you can cancel a non-refundable reservation without penalty if you notify the hotel weeks or even months in advance. +Often you cannot because some hotels' profit strategy is to get paid more than once for the same room for the same night. -
Always read cancellation policies carefully before you make a reservation. + When is the latest date and time you can cancel without penalty? - More >
When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Take a copy with you to the hotel.
The earlier in the afternoon you check into a hotel, the more likely you will get a room or suite that matches your preferences.
