"We didn't have a good stay. We requested an early check-in so we could prepare for a wedding before the wedding shuttle picked us up. The hotel clerk said it was against hotel policy and the manager wasn't available to speak with us. We had to change in the bathroom by the pool. When we finally checked in, the key card didn't work. When my husband went to the lobby to get them replaced, another couple walked into the room. We were given a new room, but the toilet didn't flush.
