"Nice hotel for the price. The room was pleasant, with minimal furniture and a great bathroom. I was quite satisfied.2019-04-01"
"The room was nice, but the open shower left the bathroom floor quite wet. No fridge in the room. We heard some street noise since the hotel is close to the Inner Harbor. Check-in was great, and the clerk gave us tips about restaurants and places of interest. We had a pleasant, comfortable stay.2018-12-11"

"Good experience. The hotel staff was accommodating and treated us as friends. The restaurant menu was limited, but the complimentary breakfast was excellent.2019-09-21"
"Clean hotel. The room was spacious and met our expectations. The hotel staff was courteous, helpful, friendly, and efficient. The continental breakfast was kept stocked despite heavy crowds on the weekend. The food was hot, and the buffet was kept clean.Excellent valet parking. "Convenient to Mercy Hospital. I'd certainly stay at this hotel again.2020-02-13"
"I had a terrible stay at this hotel. There were no luggage carts, and there was no hot water. The thermostat didn't work, and the bathroom cabinet fell apart and landed on my feet and ankles.2019-09-15"
"Clean, well-maintained hotel with nice personnel. The restaurant was a little expensive, but the food was quite good.2018-02-25"

"Great hotel near the convention center and harbor. I liked the recent renovations. My suite didn't have enough head room in the shower, though, which hasn't been a problem in my previous stays here. No on-site parking, so find a public garage nearby.2016-01-09"

"The hotel was clean and comfortable.2017-05-17"
"Reasonable rates. The hotel had immeasurable charm. The staff was friendly and helpful, and valet service couldn't have been nicer. The exercise room was enjoyable. I especially liked the restaurant, which was clean and inviting.2015-06-29"

"A horrible experience. The hotel clerk was rude and unwelcoming. The heater in the room was broken, and it was way too hot. Nobody at the front desk answered the phone when we called. We finally got a maintenance worker to turn off the heater and open the windows. It was 7 below zero outside; we slept with the window open, and the room never cooled down. No coffee supplies. There was no hair dryer or garbage can in the bathroom. Stay somewhere else.2019-02-02"

"The hotel was clean and well-appointed, and the front desk clerk was incredibly efficient. She provided information about what to see and do and was fun to talk with. Don't bother trying to get a snack or drink at the Harbor Sports Bar & Grill; the wait staff didn't engage with customers are express appreciation for our business. There were many other options nearby.2019-10-03"

"The hotel was new and clean, but the vending machines didn't work.2019-06-19"
"Excellent hotel with good customer service. The room was comfortable. Poor wireless Internet access, especially in the evening. The fee included shuttle service, unlimited access to tea, coffee, and water in the lobby, and complimentary breakfast. The gym was nice, and there was a 7-Eleven store on the 1st floor.2015-10-23"
"Nice room. Great hotel staff and good breakfast. Parking rates were low. Excellent shuttle service, and the driver was a good tour guide. We'll return next month.2015-06-02"
"Nice, clean room, but it seemed overpriced for what we got. Check-in was slow; we had to wait about 20 minutes. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Had to pay for parking.2015-04-27"
"Hotel was built in 1923 - interior was quite attractive - toilet didn't work; I made several efforts to get employes to fix it, and even asked for a plunger, but nothing was done - ran out of hot water in the middle of my shower - still waiting for my 10 AM wakeup call.2012-03-01"

"Walk to Mercy Hospital. The room was clean, and the hotel staff was polite.2020-05-16"
"The hotel was clean, and the employees were nice. There were homeless people begging in the parking lot, and parking cost $15. I had to wait a week before my deposit was refunded.2019-10-20"
"We were pleased with the service. The room was clean and orderly, and the staff was outstanding. I highly recommend staying here.2019-08-04"
"A pleasant experience. Walk to Inner Harbor restaurants and the aquarium. You'll need transportation to other areas. The room was cleaned and serviced daily. The complimentary breakfast buffet offered a fair assortment of food.2019-05-22"
"Give it a try. The hotel was more than adequate for the price and proximity to Johns Hopkins. The only issue was the person in the next room, who screamed for 2 hours.2019-02-19"

"An OK place to stay in the historic part of town. Convenient to the Baltimore-Penn Amtrak station. The rates were reasonable. The hotel room was quite clean, but the heater didn't work and there was no sign to indicate that the wall switch had to be turned on. The front desk clerks were nice and helpful.2020-01-06"
"Good hotel stay. The room was quite small, and there was no green space for dogs. I didn't feel particularly safe walking in the neighborhood. The staff was friendly and helpful.2018-08-29"
"Located in a very urban area. Clean hotel. The room was small but cozy, and the employees were wonderful.2017-06-01"
