"We stayed at this hotel twice in one week. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to the Regency Suite, which was glorious. It was spotless, and we enjoyed the gas fireplace and whirlpool. The front desk clerks and valets were extremely friendly, efficient, and quite helpful. Even the housekeepers smiled each time we saw them.
