"There were smoking rooms at this hotel, but the smell wasn't too bad. Our room, however, was dirty. The floor had leaves and debris on it, and there was a blue liquid all over the shower walls. The coffee pot and tray were dirty, and the dust ruffle on the bed needed washing. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The staff was pleasant, but I don't recommend staying here.2016-12-05"
"I loved staying at this hotel. It was close to shops and Highway 20. The room was clean and stocked, and the employees were absolutely the nicest ever. Fantastic breakfast, too.2018-04-10"
"A bit difficult to find, but the hotel was pleasant. Clean room and hallways, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was accommodating. Great breakfast. Consider staying here.2017-03-21"
"The TV didn't work, and the water pressure in the shower was poor. I didn't get a 1st floor room as requested. The front desk clerk was friendly. No breakfast. There are lots of other hotels nearby.2021-10-23"
"The hotel was absolutely filthy. The carpet was dirty and sticky, so we didn't even take off our shoes. The toilet seat was broken, and there was black mold around the bathtub. The hallways were dark, dirty, and smelled horrible. Overall, it was disgusting. The front desk clerks were very friendly, though. Don't stay here.2015-08-09"
I’ve been using HotelGuides for over 8 years. The agents are very helpful, and they try to accommodate every request. I like that when they email a booking confirmation to you, they include the hotel's address as well as its interstate exit number.

How Do We Define Motel?
To us, motels are smaller lodgings that have rooms you can enter directly from the parking area.
At hotels, on the other hand, you can enter your room only through a hall inside the building.
Hotel Booking Tips
Beware of non-refundable reservations that could cost you a lot of money if you change or cancel them. +Non-refundable reservations are a gamble that will usually save you less than $10. If you make a $90 non-refundable reservation instead of a $100 refundable booking, you are betting $90 to win $10. Would you do that in Las Vegas? -
Don't assume you can cancel a non-refundable reservation without penalty if you notify the hotel weeks or even months in advance. +Often you cannot because some hotels' profit strategy is to get paid more than once for the same room for the same night. -
Always read cancellation policies carefully before you make a reservation. + When is the latest date and time you can cancel without penalty? - More >
When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Take a copy with you to the hotel.
The earlier in the afternoon you check into a hotel, the more likely you will get a room or suite that matches your preferences.
