"This hotel was awful. No one wore masks or kept their distance. The room was bare-bones, and 2 lights didn't work properly. The pillow was terrible, and the shower curtain was torn. The hallway was cluttered with cleaning carts. People wandered around and sat in the hallways. Someone knocked on my door at 3 AM. The button in the elevator for the 4th floor didn't work. "The hotel was awful and a waste of my money. It smelled like cigarettes and fish. No linens for the sofa bed, and the staff said they were out of extra bedding. The pillow was small, lumpy, and unusable, and again, no extras were available. The soda vending machine didn't work. The front desk clerks were never at the counter when we needed assistance. Beware of non-refundable reservations that could cost you a lot of money if you change or cancel them. +Non-refundable reservations are a gamble that will usually save you less than $10.
