"We're seniors and the motel had no elevator, but we were given a room on the 2nd floor. A nice housekeeper saw us struggling with our luggage and offered to help. The lamp shades weren't held in place and fell off if we accidentally bumped them. No on/off switches on the bedside lights, and no ashtrays in our smoking room. The only true bright spots were the kind housekeeper and evening clerk. Don't stay here.2020-09-04"

"There was no staff at the hotel from 6-10 PM. The lights in my room came on automatically 3 times between 1:15-3 AM until I could figure out how to get them to stay off.
