"Our hotel stay was absolutely awful, starting with the rude check-in clerk who couldn't care less about guests. Our room was dirty, with beer cans and towels all over. We returned to the front desk and were given another room, but the heater and phone didn't work. We returned to the desk yet again, and the clerk acted like we were an inconvenience. Beware of non-refundable reservations that could cost you a lot of money if you change or cancel them. +Non-refundable reservations are a gamble that will usually save you less than $10.
