Staff was generally friendly, but when I asked if a room change was possible, the front desk clerk just shook her head. I got different answers about the shuttle schedule from different hotel clerks. Restaurant food wasn't good, and no coffee was available until after I had to leave. Not really happy with our hotel stay.2015-01-01"
