"My room wasn't clean, though the staff claimed it was. The key card didn't work, and when I told the hotel clerk, it seemed to be a problem. I was moved to another room that was also dirty. Neither of the rooms I booked were cleaned for 2 days, despite my request. The manager asked if I wanted my room serviced at 12 AM when I was getting ready for bed. The key card was deprogrammed before checkout time.2015-06-08 "
