I asked an employee what time my shuttle to the airport would leave, and he said he didn't know. 20 minutes later, the shuttle left and he was the driver. I followed the instructions for securing my luggage after checkout, but when I returned from lunch, my bags were sitting in the open on a cart instead of in a secure back room.
