"Our room was freezing when we arrived, and the smell of deodorizer was overpowering. The thermostat didn't work, the floors were sticky, and the room wasn't that clean. The phone didn't work, and the front desk clerk seemed unconcerned and just told me to use my cell phone and she'd transfer me. The bathroom door was too close to the toilet, and the fixtures were rusty. The room service was non-existent, and the food wasn't good. We'll never stay at this hotel again.2016-12-18"
"The carpet was being replaced in the hallway by my room, and the smell of the adhesive was horrible. The hotel manager was apologetic and responsive.2016-07-24"
"This hotel was just OK. The heating and cooling unit was noisy, and there were no instructions for it in the room.2016-05-09"
"We were able to stay on the ground floor with our cats. Good experience with no problems. We'd stay at this hotel again.2016-01-12"
