All the doors were locked due to the homeless situation in the area; to check in, we had to get the attention of the clerk to be let in. The trash and recycling weren't picked up during our stay. The fridge in our room didn't work, and nothing was done despite my request for maintenance. We finally got a new fridge, but the broken one was never removed.
