"The smoke alarm went off at 3:30 AM and continued for a long time. The staff did nothing to keep guests informed. We waited in the lobby and were told nothing was wrong, but we had to wait for the fire department to turn off the alarm. We didn't get back to our room for nearly an hour and were unable to get back to sleep. No compensation was offered by the hotel.2019-10-29"
