There was no one at the front desk when I arrived; I had to ring the bell 3 times and waited about a half hour before someone finally came and checked us in. We had trouble with the Internet access code we were given, and I was told I'd have to call tech support myself. Our keys didn't work for the exercise room, and neither did the clerk's key.
