"The bathroom doors were filthy. We were on the 3rd floor, and the elevator was out of order in the morning; there was a sign saying use elevator 3, but no indication of where it was. I have to use oxygen, and it was a struggle going down the stairs with my luggage. The hotel manager was rude when I complained. No breakfast provided. Don't stay here.2017-11-24"
