"Not a good experience. We had to try 3 different rooms before we got one that wasn't already occupied. There were no towels in the room and not enough toilet paper, so we told housekeeping. When we returned later, our keys didn't work and we still had no towels. We finally got 2 hand towels, but ended up making a lot of trips up and down 3 flights of stairs. Breakfast was skimpy. We did get a discount, but don't recommend this hotel.2019-05-23"
