"The hotel was clean, and the employees were fabulous. The only problem was that the toilet had issues, and it wasn't fixed for several days. Be aware that you have to make a reservation for the shuttle a week ahead of time.2019-06-29"
"The hotel was fine.2017-03-15"
"The hotel was under renovation, and the entrance was boarded up. We drove around the building and saw a sign with an arrow to an entrance in the back of the building. I was assured a great room, and my 5th floor room was totally renovated and had a microwave and fridge. Good customer service. The pool wasn't open; we were told we could drive 15 minutes to use the pool and exercise room at another hotel.2016-06-30"
"Good hotel stay, but there was construction underway. The work ended at 5 PM, so it wasn't a big problem.2016-06-30"

"An extremely nice hotel. Easy, paperless check-in, and the staff was courteous. Great breakfast. It was a little tricky finding the driveway; turn at the Wendy's.2015-10-08"

I’ve been using HotelGuides for over 8 years. The agents are very helpful, and they try to accommodate every request. I like that when they email a booking confirmation to you, they include the hotel's address as well as its interstate exit number.
