"Worst hotel experience ever. I booked 2 rooms for 5 ladies. The toilet didn't work in the 1st room. The hotel clerk said there was no maintenance worker on-site, so we'd have to change rooms. There were no sheets for the sofa bed, and I had to go to the front desk and get them myself. I wanted a cup of coffee, but the coffee pot in the lobby was broken. The AC in the 2nd room didn't work, and again, there were no linens for the sofa bed, so another room change was necessary. The 3rd room had bedbugs.
