"I'm disabled, and it took 2.5 hours to actually get in a room. The key card didn't work, so I had to return to the front desk because the hotel clerk didn't offer assistance when I called. I got another room, but it was way too warm. After returning to the front desk, I was finally given a handicap room, but again had trouble with the key card.
