"We had a number of problems during our hotel stay. We were told to bring our luggage through the front to the elevator, so we had to pull our bags through the crowded lobby. It would've been easier to park in back and go through the back door to the elevator. The key cards didn't work on two different occasions, which was aggravating. The front desk clerk kindly took a luggage cart to the rear door for me so I could park near the elevator, but the cart didn't have a solid bottom and my things slipped off and a mirror broke.
