The smoke alarm across the hall went off for hours, but the front desk clerk said he couldn't enter the room because of privacy rules. Another desk clerk enjoyed a personal phone call while I waited for help. One clerk was friendly and helpful with directions. The hotel manager gave me a stern warning about smoking in the room even though I don't smoke. Continental breakfast was minimal, and there were no hot selections.
