"This hotel had the nicest staff in the industry. We arrived very early and were allowed to eat breakfast, change, and use the pool. We were even able to check in early. Everyone was polite and professional. The room had a fridge and microwave, and the bedding was clean and fresh. Clean, spacious bathroom with plenty of towels. There was also a workout room and guest laundry facility. After checkout, we were able to store our luggage and use the facilities. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Toiletries were available at the front desk for those who forgot to bring them. There was a shuttle stop right in front of the hotel that went to Universal for free.
