"An older hotel. The AC in the 1st room was so loud that we couldn't sleep, so we got a room that was quieter after a 45-minute wait; some workers helped us lug our suitcases up 5 stairs to the room. The view from the window was of trash, debris, and dirty equipment. 2021-11-10"
"Great experience, but we left a pillow and pajamas behind and housekeeping never turned them in. The front desk clerks were wonderful.2020-03-07"
"When we arrived at the hotel, we were told we'd been upgraded, but the there was nowhere to sit and the room had major plumbing problems. When we tried to request a plumber, the clerk told us to get in line and stop being rude or she'd call security. We'll never stay here again and don't recommend it.2020-01-23"
"Our hotel room was clean and had a nice view. This was our 2nd stay, and I'll be back next month. Ask for a room with a water view and balcony; it's worth the price.2019-08-24"
"Good location. The hotel was well-maintained, and the room was clean. All the employees we encountered were friendly, and I liked the cookies. Nice amenities.2017-05-09"

"Located in a horrible part of town. The hotel was expensive, so I thought it would be in a nice area. There were homeless people sleeping in the doorways, so I couldn't take a walk at night. No mini-bar in the room. Don't stay here.2016-03-29"
"We were given an upgrade to a spacious room with a view of the cruise ship harbor. It was really nice; I could live there and get spoiled by valet parking. Room service was good and reasonably prompt, and the food was quite good. The little diner in the lobby was a let-down, though. We did request service to replace the thermostat battery and fix some cabinet doors, but the problems weren't taken care of. There were lots of dogs at the hotel, but that didn't bother me. Good place to stay.2016-02-26"

I’ve been using HotelGuides for over 8 years. The agents are very helpful, and they try to accommodate every request. I like that when they email a booking confirmation to you, they include the hotel's address as well as its interstate exit number.
