"We were given an upgrade to a spacious room with a view of the cruise ship harbor. It was really nice; I could live there and get spoiled by valet parking. Room service was good and reasonably prompt, and the food was quite good. The little diner in the lobby was a let-down, though. We did request service to replace the thermostat battery and fix some cabinet doors, but the problems weren't taken care of. There were lots of dogs at the hotel, but that didn't bother me.
