The key card didn't work when we arrived. we tried calling the front desk, but the phone was always busy, so we had to go back down 3 floors to tell the clerk, who came up and let us in. We weren't able to get a working key until the next day. The room was nice, big, and clean, but needed better lighting. Pleasant staff, and the water park looked nice. No decaf coffee.2016-08-15"
