"The check-in clerk didn't tell us that there was no housekeeping service, so our hotel room wasn't clean when we returned in the evening. There were no towels for taking a shower the next morning, the bed wasn't made, and coffee and toiletries weren't replaced. The phone flashed as if there was a message, but there wasn't one. The front desk couldn't fix it, and the promised maintenance worker never showed up. Breakfast wasn't kept stocked, and guests kept having to chase down an employee to get items replenished. No one seemed to be in charge. We won't stay here again.2016-12-31"
