"When I called about shuttle times, I was told that the 1st floor was undergoing renovation, but was assured that it wouldn't be a problem. When I arrived, I felt like I needed a hardhat. The "front desk" area looked like a storage closet, but the hotel clerk was nice. The room was adequate, but I was given an adjoining room, and a child in the next room cried and banged on the door. I had been told the shuttle started at 4:30 AM, but it didn't actually start until 6 AM. I had a horrid experience.2015-10-25"
