"A ghastly hotel experience. I'm 70, and two able-bodied male employees stared at their computers as I struggled to get our luggage on a cart and drag it in. I commented on their rudeness, and they told me to have a nice day. The cook didn't show up for work on Sunday, so there was no breakfast. No apology from the front desk clerk.
