"I enjoyed staying at this historic hotel. The free shuttle was helpful. The free breakfast was adequate but not great.2019-05-24"
"Good location. Great, clean room with comfortable beds. The hotel staff was friendly.2017-12-11"
"Not worth the price. The bedsheets and pillowcases had makeup on them. The sofa bed was horrible; even after we got a mattress topper from the front desk, we could feel every spring. There was a ring around the bathtub. The only positive thing about the hotel was the great, friendly staff. We were disappointed and left after one night.2017-12-06"
"The comforter was dirty, and the 2 replacements we got had ants on them. I requested another hotel room after 2 hours.2017-10-20"

"Everything was clean and up-to-date. We didn't like that there were no window coverings in the bathroom. The hotel staff was friendly and professional. We walked to nearby restaurants and a Hawks game. We highly recommend staying here.2020-01-10"
"The room door lock was broken, so we were moved to another room and were promised the lock would be fixed promptly and we could move back to the original room. The 2nd room was extremely small and stuffy, with the smallest bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel. We got a call at 3 PM offering to move our things, but we instead agreed to be comped for one night. The hotel clerk was really nice.2019-12-09"
"Our hotel room was so small that we had trouble squeezing between the bed and dresser. The beds were so high that I had to get a chair to climb in bed. I had to request the chair since there wasn't one in the room.2019-12-09"
"Great hotel for a great price. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was excellent.2019-06-20"
"Walk to Falcons stadium. Good rates. Decent options at breakfast, and the valet service was great. Bring cash for the vending machines.2018-08-20"

"My room wasn't available when I arrived; I was told I'd get a call when a room was available. 4 hours later, I returned and was told a room was now available, though no one had called me. The toilet hadn't been flushed in the room; I was told someone would be right up, but it took a 2nd call and an hour. At checkout, the hotel clerk had trouble printing out my receipt. I asked if someone could take my ticket to the valet, but the answer was no. While waiting for the receipt, 3 families went to the valet ahead of us, making our wait longer. I was disappointed with the entire experience.2017-01-25"
"The decor in our hotel room was dated and disappointing, but the bed was comfortable and dreamy. Breakfast cost $18 per person. Wait until renovations are done.2016-12-08"
"Ideal location. Great place if you want to be right in the city. We had an amazing stay. We checked in very late, but the staff was nice and helped us with our bags. I'd totally stay again.2015-11-29"
"Our room wasn't ready until 30 minutes after check-in time. No shampoo or extra toilet paper provided. Half the front desk clerks weren't professional, but the bellhops, maintenance crew, and valet drivers were excellent. There were gnats flying around the dining table at every meal. Find a different hotel.2015-08-12"

"The room was well-appointed, and the staff was friendly. Stay at this hotel.2018-04-10"
"The room was clean, but the heater didn't work well even after we told the staff and were told someone would check it, so we were moved to another room. The heater blew warm air, but when we returned from the game, it was blowing cold air; I was told to turn it off for 20 minutes to re-set it, but that didn't work. We finally got warm air at 1 AM, which was ridiculous. The hotel clerks were nice. I wasn't prepared for the $30 valet parking fee. Don't stay here in the winter.2018-01-03"
"Walk to the convention center. The wireless Internet was unreliable, but the bed in my hotel room was wonderful.2017-08-17"
"The hotel didn't even provide free bottled water or free breakfast. Not worth the price.2016-04-11"
"Pleasant room and comfortable bed, but the front desk clerk wasn't welcoming or helpful. She acted as if we were a bother. The bar was never open when we were there, and operating hours weren't posted. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.2015-08-19"

"We stayed to attend a concert, and when it was over the hotel kept 7 floors of guests from entering their rooms due to security. The bathtub spit out black water. Our room was on the 10th floor, and we had to go to the front desk 3 times to have our key cards re-set. No one greeted me at the Bistro for 10 minutes. The customer service needed improvement.2018-08-16"
"Great experience. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. Convenient location, too. Stay here; it's a wonderful place.2017-11-16"
"The hotel room was clean and just what I needed. Friendly personnel; everyone greeted me, even in passing or on the elevators. The valet was helpful and hospitable. I'll stay here again.2017-03-29"
"Convenient to attractions and transportation services. The hotel staff was friendly, but there was limited space for hanging out.2017-01-07"

"The hotel met my expectations. The location was convenient, and the ambiance was relaxing.2019-05-30"
"The hotel soundproofing was so poor that we could hear conversations in the next room, which was totally unacceptable. We had to pay $25 for parking at a garage 2 blocks away because the hotel garage was full.2018-05-31"
"When we arrived, we were told there was no space in the parking lot and we'd have to park at a public lot. We drove around for an hour looking for a place to park. "The hotel wasn't clean. There was trash in the hallway that wasn't picked up during our 2-night stay. The staff wasn't that friendly, and valet parking was overpriced since guests had to get their own vehicle. Look for other options.2018-06-19"
"Everything about the hotel was great. Room service was too expensive, though. I recommend staying here.2016-04-10"
"Friendly, helpful staff. The pool was the highlight of our stay; the water was warm, and the kids had a blast. The hotel provided swimming floaters, balls, noodles, and even goggles. The restaurant was clean and had pleasant employees. I ate all three meals there, and appreciated that my grandchildren ate for free. The view from the glass elevators was spectacular. "I checked out 5 minutes after I checked in. No parking available, so I had to park in a garage around the corner and walk by homeless people on the way back. I was given a room with a broken door. "The hotel room was poorly maintained. The shower water was either scalding hot or freezing cold. Only one of the two TVs worked. The furniture in the sitting area looked like it had been glued together.2019-04-01"
"Our hotel room had a strong chemical odor when we arrived; we were exhausted and decided just to turn on the fan and go to sleep, but both woke up sick at 2 AM and were unwell for the next few days. We were moved to another room but were refused compensation by the hotel clerk. Don't stay here.2017-03-07"
