"Nothing worked at this hotel; not the elevators, the key card readers, the TV, or WiFi. SThe AC was old and barely worked. There was a dehumidifier, but everything was damp in the morning. Worst of all, not the young employees who acted like high schoolers. The desk clerk ignored me and talked on her phone until I spoke up. In the middle of check-in, she started texting. She gave us the wrong room key, so we had to return to the desk and get the right key. The morning clerk yelled about her health issues and how the problems weren't her fault. "The carpet in our hotel room was soaked between the beds; we put a towel on it and it was yellow when we returned. When we complained to the front desk, we were told the housekeeper would check it out. There was mold in the bathtub, and the paint was peeling above the shower.
