"The hotel was nice, but the water tasted terrible. The in-room coffee maker was too complicated to bother with. The elevators seemed confused about whether to go up or down while we were in them. Finding the entrance from the street was a challenge.2022-03-12"
"This was the worst hotel experience ever. We weren't able to check in until 4:30 PM, and then found our 2 rooms smelled bad and had no AC. We waited 45 minutes for the problem to be fixed, and by that time were soaked with sweat. The AC was only fixed in one of our rooms. The front desk clerk was rude, and though we'd asked for a room over the pool with a view of the fireworks, we were given rooms far from the pool. The vending machines were out of order.
