"I loved this hotel. It was extremely clean, and the grounds were beautifully groomed. Nice beach and friendly, outstanding staff.2016-03-05"
"Great location and a great family hotel. The room was clean, and the employees were wonderful. Stay here.2015-12-16"
"Everything about this hotel was great except the huge palm trees blocking my view of the ocean on the 4th floor.2015-12-06"
"Close to the pier and Times Square. All the rooms had an ocean view. Our room was attractive, clean, and well-kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. The free hot breakfast was a big perk. An extra nicety was the availability of ice water and coffee in the lobby. We'd stay at this hotel again.2015-03-11"
"Easy walk to Times Square, but we were glad we rented a car to get around. The beach was amazing. Clean room, and we had a nice view from the 3rd floor. Friendly staff.2015-02-11"
"The location was great for accessing the beach and Times Square. Terrific motel. The room, staff, layout, and food were extremely nice. Definitely book a room overlooking the beach; great view, and at the quiet end of the building. I'd stay again without hesitation.2015-05-20"
"The hotel was clean and quiet, and the room was spacious. If you're looking for a restful stay away from the busy side of the beach, this place is perfect.2017-08-29"
"The hotel interior could've used some work, and the furniture looked old. I liked that we were able to print our boarding passes in the lobby. If you're looking for a great view of the beach, this is the place. But it's not within walking distance if you have children.2016-02-02"

How Do We Define Motel?
To us, motels are smaller lodgings that have rooms you can enter directly from the parking area.
At hotels, on the other hand, you can enter your room only through a hall inside the building.
Hotel Booking Tips
Beware of non-refundable reservations that could cost you a lot of money if you change or cancel them. +Non-refundable reservations are a gamble that will usually save you less than $10. If you make a $90 non-refundable reservation instead of a $100 refundable booking, you are betting $90 to win $10. Would you do that in Las Vegas? -
Don't assume you can cancel a non-refundable reservation without penalty if you notify the hotel weeks or even months in advance. +Often you cannot because some hotels' profit strategy is to get paid more than once for the same room for the same night. -
Always read cancellation policies carefully before you make a reservation. + When is the latest date and time you can cancel without penalty? - More >
When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Take a copy with you to the hotel.
The earlier in the afternoon you check into a hotel, the more likely you will get a room or suite that matches your preferences.
