"Great location. The room was clean, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Fantastic outdoor bar area with an affable and engaging bartender. The parking fee of $36 was too high, though.2018-06-03"
"I had no complaints. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the employees were helpful and so kind, even with the Tortuga Fest crowd. Stay here.2018-04-10"
"The hotel seemed overpriced. Long wait for the elevators, and I wasn't informed that they were under construction. Parking was expensive. Not impressed.2016-02-23"

"Close to the beach and many restaurants. We loved staying at this hotel and recommend it, especially if you're going on a cruise the next day. The room was clean, the staff was pleasant, and the pool area was great.2018-04-02"
"Convenient to the cruise terminal. Nice beach and beach access. A very basic hotel. The door handle on the sliding door to the balcony was broken. It took 4 calls and a trip to the front desk to get the cot we'd requested. Housekeeping didn't bring any blankets for the bed; we finally got some a few hours later, but no sheets were included. Great front desk service and nice pool, but meals were expensive. No extras included.2015-12-21"

"A low-quality hotel. Stay somewhere else.2020-11-02"
"Close to the port. The hotel was extremely old and dilapidated. Renovations were underway, but the temporary check-in area was in total disarray and surrounding rooms were filled with junk. We had to wait outside in the pool area, which was under construction. Decent room, but there was a dead bug in the bathtub. Find another place to stay.2015-09-30"
"A wonderful, beautiful hotel with spectacular, panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Get a corner room, and the higher the floor, the better the view.2016-02-23"
"Expensive hotel, with nothing to invite us back. A very disappointing experience from beginning to end. The room was just satisfactory, and needed updating. The restaurant was expensive and sub-par. The checkout clerk didn't care when we cancelled our stay on our return trip.2015-04-10"
"The beach was across a busy street. Hotel was expensive, and a long way from restaurants. No coffee machine in the room. The on-site restaurant wasn't very good, and there was no continental breakfast. No airport or cruise port shuttle. The hotel staff got us an Uber ride which cost twice as much as a cab would have. We cancelled our 3-day post-cruise stay and went to another hotel. The staff didn't seem to care. Stay at another hotel.2015-04-01"

"Everything went well. Good hotel, but there was work underway and the sound of a drill in the next room made it impossible to sleep. We complained and were moved to another room. The staff was attentive.2020-01-25"
"Great place to stay. The hotel was right on the waterway, with a water taxi stop right there. I stayed due to a medical emergency, and the front desk clerk made a stressful time a bit easier for me.2018-11-14"
"Clean hotel with a lovely ambiance. The staff was wonderful, and the service was excellent.2018-08-29"
"Beautiful room and surroundings. Eat at the hotel for convenience.2017-09-03"
"Great location. We were told we'd been upgraded to an "ocean view" room, but we actually had a view of parked boats. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the gift shop prices were amazing. Good experience.2017-08-10"
