"A horrible experience. No luggage cart available, and one of the elevators was out of service. No luggage rack in the room. No hot breakfast; just microwavable breakfast pizza and burritos. The coffee was terrible, and the juice wasn't free. We left after one night. Run away from this place.2021-09-19"
